Measurement: The collar is about 16" with a 5.75" opening at the back when pulled apart, and it's 1" wide. The earrings are clips, 1.5".

Condition: In like new condition, does not appear to have been worn

Details: Marked VO, made in the USA, which is Les Bernard. It looks to be a pearlized enamel with raised matte gold swirls on top. All pieces are signed.
